We respect your privacy and your right to request deletion of your personal data.
How to Request Account Deletion
Send an Email Request
Send an email to support@retconsoft.com with the subject line "Edu5Y Account Deletion Request"
Include Required Information
Please include the following in your email:
- Your full name (as registered in the app)
- Your registered email address or phone number
- School/Institution name
- Your role (Student, Teacher, Parent, or Administrator)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
Verification & Processing
We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

Alternative: Contact Your School
If you are a student or parent, you may also contact your school administrator directly to request account deletion. School administrators have the ability to remove student accounts from the Edu5Y platform.
